Our professional florists handcraft every order using the freshest flowers. Please note that each floral item is custom-made after the order is received, and this requires dedicated preparation and design time. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to place your order well in advance.

1. Order Deadlines and Schedule

Non-Delivery Days: We do not offer delivery on Sundays or major designated holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

Late Order Notice & Next-Day Delivery

Orders placed after the operational cut-off time will be available for pickup or delivery starting from 12:00 PM (Noon) on the next business day.

If you require morning delivery, please contact the shop directly to confirm availability.


2. Estimated Delivery Time Window

Delivery routes are planned based on daily volume and cannot be guaranteed for a specific time.

  • Residential Addresses : 12:00 PM (Noon) to 6:00 PM
  • Office/Business Addresses : 12:00 PM (Noon) to 3:00 PM

Peak Season Notice: Due to high volumes during peak seasons (such as Valentine's Day, Thanks giving Day, Christmas, and Mother's Day etc.), please be aware that deliveries may be delayed beyond the standard time window.

Weather & Force Majeure Delays : Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to acts of God or uncontrollable circumstances, including severe weather conditions such as a snow storm. We prioritize the safety of our drivers and the quality of your product. We will notify you as soon as possible should such a situation arise.

3. Failed Delivery & Recipient Unavailability

  • Accurate Information is Essential: Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and a reachable phone number for the recipient.
  • Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to contact them and/or the sender. If unsuccessful, the driver will use their best judgment to either leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot (if weather permits) or return the item to the shop for redelivery.
  • Redelivery Fees: If the item is returned to the shop due to an incorrect address or recipient refusal/unavailability, a redelivery fee will be charged.

4. Claims and Records

Claim Submission: All quality or damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence (as detailed in our Refund Policy).

Proof of Delivery: Delivery records, including driver notes and completion photos (when applicable), are maintained for 7 days for claim verification purposes.
